Security is paramount for many organizations. HLA maintains a highly secure facility and operation.

Doors are locked at all times and we maintain a 24/7 security monitoring alarm system. All staff members are required to sign confidentiality agreements. HLA vans pick up your documents. They are secured in our warehouse for processing.

Upon completion of document imaging, documents are either returned to the client together with completed images or alternatively we will shred upon the written authorization from client usually after they have completed their internal quality control/audit process.

Shredding is done at our facility under our supervision and verification of shredding is communicated to our clients.
